I was saddened to learn that my good friend and collaborator died yesterday in Canada at age 80 after a courageous battle with a long illness.
George was a true giant and will be missed by many. He was a fearless journalist and a quick wit. I was a first-hand witness to George’s skill and tireless drive while working together on “Vengeance.”
George was truly a force to be reckoned with. He touched many and I will cherish him and his work always.
A colleague of mine who assisted with “Vengeance” responded to the news, “George was part of a fascinating chapter in my life. RIP.”
